Job Description:
Accounts Receivable Clerk: Job Summary: We are seeking a
detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our
team. This position is responsible for managing incoming payments,
maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely
collection of outstanding invoices. Key Responsibilities: Generate
and send invoices to customers Process incoming payments via
checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers Apply payments to
customer accounts accurately Follow up with customers on past-due
invoices and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain and update
customer records in the accounting system Prepare and distribute
regular aging reports Assist with month-end closing tasks related
to accounts receivable Collaborate with other departments to
resolve issues related to billing and collections Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting
or related field preferred 1 year of experience in accounts
receivable or general accounting Strong attention to detail and
accuracy Good communication and organizational skills The Accounts
Receivable Clerk is fully onsite in Cuyahoga Falls, OH with a
salary of $18 - $22 depending on experience. For immediate and
