Collections Specialist: We are looking for a B2B Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payments from business clients. This role involves proactive outreach, resolving billing issues, and maintaining strong client relationships while reducing outstanding balances. Our client offers a flexible work schedule and room to grow within the company! Key Responsibilities Contact business clients to follow up on overdue invoices and secure payments. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams and clients. Negotiate payment terms and establish repayment plans as needed. Maintain accurate records of collections activity and generate reports. Escalate delinquent accounts to management or legal teams when necessary. Qualifications Experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or a related role. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently. Knowledge of commercial collections regulations is a plus. The Collections Specialist role is on-site in Cleveland, OH with a pay range of $20 - $22 depending on experience.
