We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to
join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment
solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity
with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control
of their time and income.? ?What You’ll Do:? Build genuine
relationships with small and medium-sized business owners to become
their trusted adviser on all things payments Partner with Xplor Pay
colleagues across Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales
Support to get new merchants up and running smoothly Own your
pipeline in Salesforce and manage your day, your deals, and your
momentum Create compelling proposals and presentations using our
electronic application tools Educate merchants on the payments
landscape and help them see what's possible with the right partner
Close deals and hit your targets (because that's where the rewards

Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar
preferred) Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales positions offer

this role: At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience where
you've consistently hit (or exceeded) your targets A track record
of building and leading high-performing sales teams in the payments
or merchant acquisition space A valid driver's licence and current
auto insurance (you'll be out in the field) A true hunter who
thrives on the chase and love opening doors that others walk past
You are self-sufficient when it comes to pipeline generation:
prospecting, cold-calling, networking You're naturally driven,
curious, and always looking for ways to level up your game
