responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with
senior living communities across the nation, ensuring that

healthcare sector. Develop and sustain long-term relationships with
senior living facilities nationwide Understand the unique needs of
senior living communities and tailor security solutions accordingly
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive
safety measures Achieve sales targets and expand client base within
the senior living segment Provide expert advice and support to
clients, reinforcing Securitas' commitment to their safety Monitor
industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Securitas'
offerings remain leading-edge Participate in conferences and
workshops to enhance industry presence and network Strong
understanding of sales processes and dynamics Proven ability to
negotiate and close deals effectively Exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills High proficiency in CRM platforms and MS
Office Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
effectively Excellent problem-solving skills Knowledgeable about
the healthcare industry, particularly senior living environments
Certification in Sales Management (CSM) Certified Professional in
Healthcare (CPH) Relevant industry certifications preferred
