a Enterprise Architect within PNC's ET&S organization. This is
a remote position and can sit anywhere within the PNC footprint,
except for Colorado, Hawaii or Alaska. There is limited expectation
for regular in person, in office activities.You will be a key EA
business partner to enterprise and business-aligned technology
organizations partnering on new cloud service offerings technology
assessments, architecture blueprints, architecture design reviews,
secure cloud engineering & compliance, and rationalization in
support of strategic priorities.The result of your efforts will
pave a way for PNC's application workloads migration into Cloud
with re-usable patterns/reference architectures, increase agility
of releases with a matured DevOps model, highly scalable and
resilient workloads compliant to technology standards.At least 8
years of prior enterprise Cloud architecture experience is
typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination
of education and experience (including military service) may be
considered.In addition, you will:Develop Cloud adoption strategy
and framework to ensure alignment with business strategies and
processes.Lead with a strong Cloud architecture point of view,
guiding and contributing to decisions pertaining to acquisition of
Cloud products, multi-cloud service offerings and creation of
patterns in partnership with infrastructure, security, data, and
business architecture stakeholders.Guide technology investment
priorities; creating roadmaps and rationalizing technology
standards for the enterprise.Mentor and develop talent and
technical skills within the Cloud architecture domain-focused team;
employs team to deliver high quality advisory services and drive
governance to meet business requirements and enterprise
needs.Responsibilities:Develops strategies in partnership with
engineering teams ensuring alignment with business strategies and
processes; creates a vision that aligns with business strategies,
processes, and needs.Designs best practices and standards in
partnership with key stakeholders that bring resolutions to complex
processes and technology capability gaps.Maintains multiple Cloud
technology standards with a focus on increasing design
compliance.Contributes to overarching quality improvement efforts
for enterprise architecture processes.Collaborates with cross
functional teams, stakeholders, and architecture organization peers
to deliver high quality recommendations and deliverables for senior
technology leadership.Mentors, motivates, nurture skillsets and
develops the expertise and performance of the Cloud architecture
