Analyst within PNC's organization, you will be based in Home
location.
This is a remote position and can sit anywhere within the PNC
footprint, except for Colorado, Hawaii, Alaska. There is limited
expectation for regular in person, in office activities.

Description
- Participates in developing functional requirements for business
systems; tests, trains and implements applications.
- Translates clients requirements to functional documentation;
participates in technical designs and test planning .
- Designs, prototypes, configures, and tests new or enhanced
applications .
- Performs customer support processes and activities for the
implementation of new or existing applications .
- Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application
operations and troubleshoots problems, as necessary .PNC Employees

root cause of problems in a timely and accurate manner and bring
them to a successful resolution.Requirements Analysis - Knowledge
of methods and techniques to elicit, analyze and record required

to analyze these requirements to ensure the success of a system or
software development project.System Testing - Knowledge of and the
ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and
tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the
system life cycle.Technical Writing/Documentation - Knowledge of
the technical language and writing approach, and the ability to
write paper-based and on-line technical reference documentation
(guidelines, standards, procedures, processes, applications,
etc.)Workflow Analysis - Knowledge of and ability to manage IT work
activities, processes and progress within a system to improve
