Job DescriptionWerner is Hiring CDL-A Company Drivers In 2021, we remain committed to our 5 T Strategy, with new investment in: Trucks, Trailers, Talent, Terminals and Technology. In 2021, we are recognizing our Talent with brand-new pay packages in our OTR - Van and Team Werner fleets: * Solo Van Drivers- Up to a 4 cent per mile pay increase which is $3,500-$5,500 annually. * $55,000+ annual pay * Full Teams- 4 cent per mile increase which is $5,000-$6,000 annual per driver increase. * $62,000 - $72,000+ per driver * $5,000 sign-on bonus * Team Select mileage bonus * $130,000 - $150,000 annually to the truck * Full Teams with hazmat now paid $150,000 to $160,000 annually to the truck Great Bonuses: * $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Team & Team Match drivers. * $2,000 - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus on several solo accounts paid out in 3-4 months. * $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay out to 12 weeks on select accounts. * $1,000 - $2,000 relocation bonus programs.
