development opportunities. Your Key Responsibilities Monitor
performance of assigned program and recommend program changes to
maximize results. Utilize marketplace benchmarking and utilize
market intelligence data to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate all product development and management activities.
Create, adapt and continuously optimize marketing plans and
operational measures to ensure optimized product positioning in the
market. Maintain a strong cooperation with the R&D department
to guarantee an exchange about the latest trends and customer
expectations. Visit customers and contribute to respective
offerings on a regular base to ensure the program meets the
customer needs. Your Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Business
Administration or equivalent Experience. 5 to 10 years of
experience in a related role. Automotive Aftermarket Experience
Proven experience in product management, business development, or
marketing within a relevant industry. Experience managing products
or product lines through various stages of the product life cycle.
Familiarity with coordinating product launches, re-launches, and
product portfolio management. Experience conducting external
benchmarking and analyzing market intelligence to identify new
opportunities. Proven track record of developing and optimizing
marketing plans and operational strategies. Willingness to travel
is required. (25%). Applicants must be authorized to work in the US
