Position Summary:Franciscan Care Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Supervisor to oversee the nutritional care of our residents. This position is responsible for conducting assessments, developing menus, supervising dietary team members, managing inventory, and supporting catered events. The ideal candidate will have healthcare experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for resident-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Conduct nutritional assessments for our residents and maintain accurate care plans and diet cards.
  
• Develop and input menu
  
• Supervise dietary staff on assigned shifts and ensure smooth daily operations.
  
• Monitor and maintain food inventory levels and coordinate weekly ordering with the buyer.
  
• Process invoices and collaborate with department leadership.
  
• Ensure proper rotation and storage of food items in compliance with Infection Control, State, and Federal regulations.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Education: Associate Degree in Dietetics; must be eligible for registration or hold licensure through the Dietetics Association.
    
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting preferred.
    
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
