Job Description:

Kids First Learning Center is a licensed child care center seeking energetic and loving Floaters to work with across all age groups!
Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher with all aspects functions of a class of children in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
• Treating each child with dignity and respect and interacting with each child every day
• Personally greeting all families and professionally providing them with daily information
• Implementing activities which will encourage each child's growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative and physical development
• Helping children learn to think creatively, to solve problems independently, to self-regulate their behavior, and to respect themselves and others
• Take direction, accept constructive criticism and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program
  Requirements:
  • A high school diploma
  • A warm and bubbly personality :)
  • A passion for early childhood educationCompensation: $13-14 per hour, BOE
    Required Shifts can be: 11:00-6:00, 12:00-6:00, 1:00-6:00, 2:00-6:00, 3:00-6:00
