Specialist - assist in recruiting and talent acquisitionPrimary
Duties and ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:Communicates
appropriately and consistently with hiring managers and potential
candidates (regardless of that individual's eventual disposition on
the search); ensures a positive internal client and candidate
experienceDrawing on business and market knowledge, serves as a
partner to field service managers to develop and execute targeted
recruiting plans to support defined talent needsPrioritizes work
and sets appropriate expectations with hiring managers and
partnersUtilizes passive and direct sourcing techniques to identify
and attract prospective candidates and build talent
pipelineRigorously assesses talent and makes hiring recommendations
in cooperation with hiring managersUnderstands and leverages
external market trends to inform talent and organization decisions
as well as assist with workforce planning and provide for
opportunistic hiring of talentOversees the completion of
pre-employment screeningsFully utilizes Acuative's applicant
tracking system and ensures appropriate candidate disposition
throughout the lifecycle of the searchLeverages online recruiting
resources (LinkedIn, community organizations, associations, etc.)
as one of many methods for identifying and sourcing potential
leadsRepresents and differentiates Acuative to external candidates
by effectively describing Acuative's businesses, strategy, culture
and valuesPartners with Talent Acquisition Manager to share talent,
market intelligence, and best practice recruiting
methodology/toolsDevelops and maintains understanding of recruiting
best practices, as well as an understanding of client businesses
and business plansComplies with all Talent Acquisition and broader
Acuative policies, procedures and risk requirementsMinimum
QualificationsBA or BS degree in Human Resources or related
disciplinePreferred Qualifications 5+ years recruitment experience
in a fast paced environment and must include exempt and non-exempt
level positions, experience using recruitment tools and ATS/HRIS
systems.5+ years of employee relations experience. Knowledge of
employment law, performance management practices and disciplinary
action processes.Prioritizes work, handles multiple tasks
simultaneously, sets goals and enforces deadlines, while
maintaining flexibility to reassess and re-prioritize.Ability to
take initiative; strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving
skills. Proven experience building relationships and trust,
influencing, and managing conflict.Acuative Corporation For more
