Job Description:

At this time a Claims Dispatcher is needed to manage all inbound claim department communication and distributing appropriately. This includes identifying the nature of inbound communication, associating each item with a process, individual, or team and distributing these in a timely fashion. The claims dispatcher represents the critical first step in the claim information distribution process.Open Schedule: Mon-Fri- 8:00am- 5:00pmCompensation: $15.00 per hour with EXCEPTIONAL Benefits!Work from home after training. MUST reside in the Cleveland are for commuting purposesRole and Responsibilities:

  • Access contracts in the system.
  • Dispatch all inbound e-mails that come into the claim department.
  • Dispatch claims by cost threshold.
  • Enter estimates into the system.
  • Move RV maintenance emails and records over to the appropriate folder.
  • Dispatch CRM (Customer Support) emails.
  • Dispatch maintenance records.
  • Dispatch inspection report notification to the correct adjudicator.
  • Attach documents to agreements.
  • Takes ownership of changes and personally responsible for managing change in an upbeat positive manner.
  • Live the NAE/NWAN philosophy of CQSE every day.
  • Other duties as needed.Qualifications and Education Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 6 months experience working in a back-office role/clerical/administrative function.
    • Strong computer skills especially in navigating the internet and conducting research.
      • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM.
      • Proven ability to utilize Microsoft Excel's basic features.Work Environment and Physical Requirements
        • Normal office environment.
        • Ability to frequently sit for long periods of time.
        • Ability to occasionally walk, stand, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crouch.
        • Ability to spend extended hours in front of a computer screen and use close vision, distant vision and depth perception.
        • Ability to lift 20 lbs.Preferred Skills:
          • Understanding of claims process and procedure.
          • Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills. Proficient with grammar & spelling.
          • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Office, Teams, Outlook).
          • High level attention to detail.
          • Ability to maintain confidential information.
          • Ability to navigate multiple screens.
          • Ability to navigate through multiple computer software programs.INDSP
