We are looking for several new team members to join the inbound Customer Care Servicing Call Center family. Looking for candidates that are passionate about helping others, have a good understanding of our values, work well in a team oriented environment and like to have fun - everything else will be provided in our training process.

Job duties may include: handling a variety of customer inquiries regarding checking, savings, certificate of deposits (regular and IRA), debit cards, online banking issues, equity and mortgage service inquiries, as well as opening deposit accounts over the phone. Candidates should be able to understand and explain financial information, work well in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team based setting. Responsibilities may vary based upon the skills of the associate. These are full-time, first shift positions at our Customer Care Strongsville location, 18094 Royalton Road, Strongsville, Ohio 44136.


  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a retail banking or financial call center environment
  • Strong ability to understand the customer need and ask for the business
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience opening deposit accounts is a plus
  • Ability to work in multiple systems with strong PC skills, including: Word and Excel
  • Experience with online banking enrollment and troubleshooting a plus
  • Experience with equity lines of credit and mortgage loan terminology a plus
  • Willingness to work at other Third Federal locations as needed
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bi-lingual language skills are a plus

Work hours are generally scheduled between 8:20 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Monday through Thursday, until 6:00 p.m. on Friday and requires some Saturdays.
