Job Description:

Supervisor where you will play a critical role in maintaining our
reputation for top-tier cleanliness and customer satisfaction. In
this position, you will oversee daily custodial operations within
various client sites, ensuring that all environments meet the
highest standards of hygiene and safety. With your expert
supervision, the custodial staff will effectively perform cleaning
and maintenance duties, using industry-leading practices and
eco-friendly solutions. Your ability to manage and motivate staff,
coupled with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and
standards, will contribute significantly to our mission of creating
healthier, attractive, and sustainable spaces. Supervise and
coordinate the daily activities of the janitorial staff. Ensure all
cleaning and maintenance operations are carried out in compliance
with industry standards and safety regulations. Conduct regular
inspections and audits to assess cleanliness and take corrective
actions if necessary. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and
equipment; ensure that resources are used efficiently. Train new
staff and provide ongoing training to existing staff about proper
cleaning techniques and the use of equipment. Prepare, maintain,
and report records on employee performance and facility cleanliness
to management. Handle the scheduling of staff and assigning duties
to ensure adequate coverage. Serve as the primary point of contact
for client interaction regarding cleaning services. Strong
leadership and people management skills Excellent organizational
and time management skills Proficiency with cleaning procedures and
equipment Capability to train and motivate staff Good communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and
