Your Key Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled Intra-Logistics Operations Coordinator to lead our administrative team at our plant or warehouse site. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient processes and develop optimized standards in alignment with industry best practices, while managing daily intra-logistics operations. You will play a crucial role in driving productivity and supporting motivated teams. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead the administrative team at the assigned site to maintain efficient plant operations. Develop and optimize processes and standards for intra-logistics operations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Supervise record keeping of inventories and locations for both production control and cost accounting. Develop concepts for investment, including warehouse/material handling equipment and replacements, and support their realization in collaboration with Industrial Engineering professionals and engineers. Facilitate adequate staffing and organize, coordinate daily intra-logistics operations for the assigned area, while solving daily operational issues promptly. Your Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field 5 plus years of experience in logistics or related field 3 plus years managing teams preferred Automotive background preferred External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
