Role: Project Manager (with BA Background)

Role Description: The Project Manager (with BA Background) would need to have at least 5 years of experience.

Required Skills:

- Looking for real leaders who understand the role of a Project Manager with BA skills and also willing to own the project (start-to-finish).

- Proven experience in PM duties.

- Should have Business Analyst background.

- Should have managed at least one program from kick-off.

- Good knowledge of CA Clarity is preferred.

- Ability to manage all Program Management level responsibilities.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Must be a self-starter and be able to perform with minimal supervision while working in a diverse team environment following Agile processes for software development.

- Must be capable of managing multiple priorities.

- Well-rounded individual with great analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, enthusiasm for taking ownership, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work closely and communicate effectively with developers, management and stakeholders.

- Communicate with other management, developers, product managers and technical support specialists on product issues.

- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.

- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types and understand technical issues.
