Job Description:

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT - Automation Tester 3 Consultant with our client in the financial industry in Strongsville, OH. This role is 100% remote. This is a 2 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Code, test, and verify the quality of automated applications to identify errors and solutions in the software
  
• Develop automated systems for processes that have yet to be automated
  
• Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures
  
• Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content
  
• Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
  
• Development of code
  
• Agile ceremonies
  
• Deployments
  
• Testing
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience (Master's in computer software or related advanced degree preferred)
    
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience -
    
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
    
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
    
  • Experience with automation testing applications such as: Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, TestComplete, etc.
    
  • Knowledge of coding languages utilized in automation software, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.
    
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    
  • Demonstrated history of success

    Desired skills:

    • Experience working in Bit Bucket, Jenkins, JIRA
      
    • Ability to work both independently and with a team

      Pay Range: $39.83 - $47.83
