Job Description:

This position is responsible for the overall administration and configuration functions for all features of the Black Knight Servicing suite of products, including MSP, Passport, Director, Servicing Digital, and all related tools. The System Administrator will provide technical support in establishing workflow processes that meet the business' goals. They will be involved with all aspects of changes, including analysis, planning, configuration, testing, and implementation.At UHM, we understand diversity comes in many different forms. We value diversity, educate on equity, and create inclusive partner opportunities to ensure that you know #UBelongAtUHM!+ Build, test, and deploy new system enhancements such as business rules, workflows, feature releases and other UHM or vendor-defined customizations of the system.+ Maintain the various admin tables, group settings, and system templates to ensure the products support the current needs of the business. This would include setup of ODDS & EDI interchanges, administration of mass transaction updates, and support for EOM/EOY processes.+ Facilitate the implementation of changes and external application integrations. This includes projects that relate to internal IT teams such as data, development, and infrastructure.+ Monitor system performance, ensuring the system is optimized and all necessary patches/updates are applied. Stay up to date on vendor system upgrades, ensuring the UHM instance remains within supported versions. This includes coordinating version testing, deployment planning, and executing upgrades as identified.+ Provide escalation support for help desk incidents and problems, assisting with the resolution of open issues. When necessary, escalate and manage issues through the vendor's technical support teams.+ Participate in change and release management activities, which includes completing required documentation, supporting user training and communication (including release notes), and supporting the deployment of changes into the production environment.+ Support new request intake and backlog prioritization. This includes participation in various business prioritization meetings, providing regular status updates on assigned items, and assisting with defining scope and effort estimates.+ Evaluate process and system improvements, regularly looking for opportunities to improve loan handling. Work with business teams on those improvements, understanding their needs and assisting with converting ideas into actionable changes.+ Assist with user training, documenting changes being made and participating in training sessions.+ Bachelor's degree with emphasis in computer science disciplines or equivalent experience+ Three years recent experience administering Black Knight's Servicing suite of products in a hosted environment for an institutional mortgage lender+ High level of skill with Microsoft Office - applications+ Thorough understanding of applicable laws and regulations relating to mortgage lending and information security in a large banking environment+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills+ Ability to think outside the box+ Detail oriented+ Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentID: 2022-2228 External Company Name: Union Home Mortgage External Company URL:
