Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the development and maintenance of the mortgage knowledge data within the Knowledge Tool software. The role may also include various elearning content development projects.+ Manage and maintain the mortgage knowledge information in the Knowledge Tool software as directed by the product manager and Subject Matter Experts.+ Ensure quality of all content meets UHM standards+ Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure timely and efficient change management process+ Manage users and administrative functions in the Knowledge Tool+ Create and maintain elearning content using UHU authoring tool and software+ High school diploma or equivalent+ Minimum of 3 years of experience writing, editing and developing documents+ Minimum 2 years of project management or equivalent+ Knowledge of MS Office Suite+ Familiar with Chicago Manual of Style (CMS) (Style guide)+ Detail oriented and able to dedicate long periods of time to editing and document development+ Project management+ Ability to learn multiple technology platforms+ Strong verbal and written communication skills+ Skilled at multi-tasking and keeping organizedThis employer participates in E-Verify.
