Description: Machine Operator 20/hr:--- Select, weigh/measure, prepare, and add appropriate coatings to machines--- Set up and operate machines to coat products--- Observe machine gauges and equipment to detect defects or deviations from standards; makes adjustments as necessary--- Record operational data on specified forms--- Understands raw materials, production processes, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goodsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must Haves:--- Independent decision-making ability--- Effective communication skills--- Ability to stand for long periods of time--- Previous coating/printing experience a plus--- Machine Operator experience required--- Tow motor experience a plus About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
