Job Description Job Description Cool Beans Cafe in Medina, OH is looking for 2 Part Time baristas to join our team. We are located at 103 W Liberty St. Need one opening barista (keyholder) 6:30-2pm, 2-3 days per week and one closing barista from 2-close. We close at 8, but usually leave the store by 9:30 Looking to hire within the week. Our ideal candidate is customer service oriented, attentive, punctual, and outgoing. Our location is very fast paced, so ability to think on your feet and react quickly is necessary. Must be a self starter and highly motivated. Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs Prepare food and bakery items Maintain a clean and tidy work area Check in deliveries and organize stock Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Qualifications Must be 18 High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Outgoing personality with the ability to upsell Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours Candidates are required to be available for a minimum of 2 days per week. Approx 10-20 hours available. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Salary negotiable based on experience.
