Specialist within PNC's Retail Technology organization, you will be
based remotely.
Methods & Procedures Specialist
--- Job function includes change & release management duties
--- Lead/facilitate group meetings to review of planned changes and
releases
--- Analysis of changes to identify risks and dependencies
--- Highly collaborative, team-oriented
--- Utilize verbal and written communications skills across all
levels of technology staff
--- Experience using ServiceNow change and reporting features a
plus

This is a remote position and can sit anywhere within the PNC
footprint, except for Colorado, Hawaii, Alaska. In person
activities may occur periodically based on business need.Job
Description
- Develops, implements and maintains methods, standards,
procedures and guidelines.
- Guides the development, testing and evaluation of new or
enhanced organizational processes or structures; recommends
improvements as appropriate.
- Reports on and makes recommendations on the implementation of
techniques and methodologies for analyzing and evaluating
operations, workflow or procedures.
- Performs moderate methods analysis work. Recommends and
supports the implementation of methods and procedures for improved
workflow or processes, staff utilization, office facilities,
equipment utlization and communications.
- Recommends forms and survey instruments used in data collection
and evaluation; conducts analytical studies to define and recommend
solutions for problems, methods and procedures.PNC Employees take
