The Clinician will cover a caseload in Auburn Hills, Walled Lake,
Rochester/Rochester Hills, Metro-Detroit .

What You'll Do
In this role, you will drive meaningful outcomes by:
Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing
Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
Designing and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment
plans
Monitoring progress through data analysis and adjusting
interventions accordingly
Leading crisis intervention efforts and providing post-incident
debriefing
Serving as a clinical consultant in interdisciplinary team
meetings
Training and mentoring staff on behavior strategies and best
practices
Collaborating with CMH, families, and external partners to ensure
coordinated care
Supporting investigations, compliance efforts, and performance
improvement initiatives
Education & Qualifications
We're looking for clinicians who bring both strong clinical
training and hands-on experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Analysis,
Counseling, or a related field
Valid state license or certification, such as: BSW (LLBSW or LBSW),
or MSW (LLMSW)
1-2 years of clinical experience (practicum and internship
experience may be considered)
Experience supporting both mentally ill and intellectually disabled
adult populations preferred
Required experience managing complex, high-intensity and/or
high-frequency behaviors
Experience in AFC/residential settings, CMH, or hospital
environments strongly preferred
Must be approved by applicable state, federal, and local entities
to work within BSLS programs
Ability to maintain required trainings and certifications
independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Oakland
County
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
