Occupational Therapist Location: Lancaster, OH Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,165 to $2,365 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide home health services to patients recovering from injury, illness, or living with chronic conditions in Lancaster, OH. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. Candidates licensed in other states should verify interstate or compact applicability prior to assignment. Current CPR certification required. Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle required for travel across the agency service area. Experience with home assessments, activities of daily living (ADL) training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and documentation consistent with CMS requirements preferred. Ability to complete evaluations and develop OT plans of care within state guidelines and report outcomes to clinical leadership within 24 hours preferred.
