Physical Therapist Location: Mount Vernon, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,820 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 52 Weeks Start Date: 4/4/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist (Licensed) Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: 52 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 4 hours (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) Experience: Minimum Years of Experience required License: Licensed Physical Therapist Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: Not specified Description: Evaluates claimants/clients by administering tests and measurements. Tests include range of motion, gait, and functional analysis, as well as neurological assessments. Determines individual rehabilitation program needs. Provides or oversees ongoing assessment of claimant's/client's rehabilitation. Prepares, transmits, and maintains measurement and assessment records. Reports tests, assessments, and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested. Participates in the writing and presentation of individual claimant/client treatment plans. Formulates goals and plans appropriate physical therapy treatment. Plans periodic reassessment of claimant/client progress and revises plans as necessary. Participates in ongoing continuing education and in-service training. Engages in research projects and program development. Involves in training of pre-clinical and clinical physical therapy students. Also trains physical therapy assistant students and licensed physical therapy assistants.
