be considered. A registered nurse with specialized skills in
operating room care is sought for a contract position based in
Strongsville, OH. This role offers a chance to work within two
dynamic operating departments at a major regional medical center
featuring advanced surgical technology and diverse case types.
Responsibilities include: Scrubbing for surgeries with a focus on
proficiency using the DaVinci XI surgical system. Circulating and
scrubbing for posterior eye surgeries and eye trauma cases,
enhancing surgical team effectiveness. Flexibly staffing both a
7-room inpatient/outpatient operating unit and a larger 26-room
Level One trauma operating unit as patient needs dictate.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient
safety and optimal surgical outcomes. Adhering to institutional
protocols and maintaining high standards of sterile technique.
Desired Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Proven experience in operating room nursing, particularly in
scrubbing and familiarity with robotic surgery systems like DaVinci
XI. Ability to manage complex surgical equipment and support trauma
and eye surgery cases. Strong communication skills and adaptability
to float between different operating departments. Commitment to
patient-focused care within a fast-paced OR environment. Location
