community-based outpatient Pediatrics practice as a direct employee
Support includes 2 Pediatric NPs plus experienced operational
leadership Clinic pace averages about 3 patients/hour for a steady,
manageable day EMR: AllScripts with AI scribe support to reduce
after-hours charting Schedule Flexible scheduling options,
including 3- or 4-day workweeks Outpatient clinic-focused role with
emphasis on work/life balance Call is 1:10 and phone-only,
averaging 1-2 calls/day Built for consistency with room to tailor
your weekly template Compensation & Benefits $105/clinic hour for
new grads; $115/clinic hour for experienced physicians Production
bonus available, plus negotiable sign-on support 3 weeks PTO 8
