Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Cardiology Job Details: • Care for critically ill patients in Cardiac Cath Lab undergoing Interventional Cardiology and Endovascular procedures • Assigned STEMI call responsibilities with 30-minute response time requirement • Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care • Monitor and provide sedation management for patients • Operate advanced hemodynamic monitoring equipment including IABP and IMPELLA • Manage ventilator settings and patient care • Must have Cath Lab experience as mandatory qualification • Required certifications: Valid Ohio RN license, ACLS and BLS from American Heart Association only • Physical demands include ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently with potential for extended standing periods • Must be able to lift 250-300 lbs with assistance and push/pull up to 500 lbs with assistance • Work environment involves exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, chemicals, and cleaning products • Utilize electronic systems including EPIC, XPER, and Change Health Care applications Facility: This major healthcare system operates a comprehensive cardiac care facility featuring an advanced Cardiac Catheterization Lab that specializes in interventional cardiology and endovascular procedures.
