Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Zanesville, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg Cardiac Adult /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 36 hours per week on night shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM /n• Every other weekend required /n• No call requirements /n• Work primarily on 4 South Cardiac unit with occasional floating to various Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders /n• Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience required /n• Must be able to read Telemetry and will be tested on day one /n• Current Epic EMR proficiency required (refresher classes or 1:1 assistance not available) /n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS /n• Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract /n• All Requested Time Off must be disclosed at time of submission /n• Start date available: January 19, 2026 (unless returning Genesis traveler from within last 9 months) /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare system provides comprehensive medical services with specialized cardiac and medical-surgical units.
