VirginiaLocated in Oakland, MD and Keyser, WV - Pittsburgh
100mFull-time, permanent positionSeeking BC/BE Overview: The
state’s largest health system and largest private employer
comprises 18 hospitals throughout the state and bordering states.
In addition, it includes five institutes, as well as providing
management services for other local hospitals through affiliate
agreements. The successful candidate will practice in Oakland, MD
and Keyser, WV. The successful candidate will practice in the area
of Infectious Disease Medicine. Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability
Coverage, Tuition Program, Retirement, Paid Time Off, Wellness
Program Qualifications:Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or
foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license.
Successful candidate must have completed Internal Medicine
residency program and be fellowship trained in Infectious Disease.
Successful candidates must be board certified/eligible in Internal
Medicine and Infectious Disease. All qualifications must be met by
the time of appointment. About the Area:Oakland, Maryland, is a
small mountain town with a population of approximately 2,000, known
for its scenic beauty, outdoor recreation, and close-knit community
feel. Located in Western Maryland, Oakland sits near the West
Virginia border and is roughly 50 miles south of Morgantown, WV,
and about 100 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, PA. The area is best
