Job Description Pulmonology opportunity: Ashtabula, OH ~ H1 Eligible*Located on shores of Lake Erie - 60 miles from Cleveland, OH* Position Details: Full-time Permanent Employed Fully Trained Staff Join Two PulmonologistOne w/Critical Care Fellowship; One Who Treats Sleep Disorder Critical Care Optional No more than 20% required Reasonable On-Call Fully Integrated EMR with the Health System (Epic) Well Defined Referral Source from our Employed and Affiliated Primary Care Physicians Complimentary Specialty Services to Endocrinology (Dietary, Surgical, etc.) Rewarding Productivity Based Compensation Model After Guaranteed Period Recruitment Package could include: Guaranteed Salary, plus Benefits, for up to 3 years Signing & Residency Bonuses Relocation Allowance Medical School Loan Repayment Visa Processing Fees (H1B considered) Tail Insurance *Guaranteed salary based on years of post-training experience, incremental to benefits.
