Job Description Job Description Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) – Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation | Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg, OH PRN | On-Site | Ohio OTA License Required Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Working under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help residents restore independence, improve daily living skills, and achieve meaningful recovery goals in a compassionate, resident-centered setting in Perrysburg, Ohio.
