Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Respiratory Med-Surg – Ohio Start Date: March 16, 2026 Location: Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36 hours per week | Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | Every other weekend required Highlights: 21-bed specialized Respiratory Med-Surg unit focused on pulmonary disease management High-acuity patient population with continuous telemetry monitoring Epic EMR system in use throughout the facility Float opportunities to similar units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED 13-week travel assignment with no on-call requirement Dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent clinical exposure Requirements: Active Ohio RN license Current BLS certification Minimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience Demonstrated proficiency with Epic EMR (mandatory; no training provided) Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips (competency testing required on Day 1) Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills for high-volume patient care Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers an exceptional opportunity to expand your clinical expertise in respiratory and telemetry nursing within a specialized, high-acuity environment.
