• Type of Cases: General EM, 2.1 patients/hour • Credentialing: 90

Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or
Family Medicine • Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS (BLS for
ABIM/ABFM/ABFP) • Licensure: Ohio license or ability to obtain
