Job Description Description Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Adult Inpatient Cardiac Surgery floor service at UH Cleveland Medical Center. Join our dedicated Physicians and APPs as they provide a team-based collaborative approach to patient care. Responsible for the management of a wide variety of post op cardiac surgery patients, as well as heart and lung transplants. The schedule is day shift, and consists of rotating weekends and holidays. Nurse Practitioner must be Acute Care. New grads welcome to apply! /n /n - /n A Brief Overview /n The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for providing quality care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace. /n /n /n Qualifications Education /n /n - Master's Degree from an accredited PA educational program (Required) /n - (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing (Required) /n /n /n Work Experience /n /n - 1 years as an Advanced Practice Provider (Preferred) /n /n Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities /n /n - Demonstrated leadership skills. (Required proficiency) /n - Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships. (Required proficiency) /n - Computer skills to access patient medical data from UHHS mainframe. (Required proficiency) /n - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
