Job Description:
Talent4Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN CVOR for a
local contract nursing job in Detroit, Michigan. Job Description &

Duration: 14 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days
Employment Type: Local Contract Job Summary: Provides leadership in
the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient
care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and
document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively
communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care
team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient
goals and ensures implementation of solutions. Required Skills &
Experience: -Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary
to formulate effective nursing care plans within the
unit/department to which staff is assigned. -Ability to perform a
wide variety of professional nursing services. -Ability to
effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital
personnel. Education: Required Education: -Graduation from an
accredited school of nursing. Preferred Education: -Bachelor’s
degree in Nursing (BSN). Required Certification & Licensure:
-Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. -BLS
Shift: 0600-1430 or 0600-1630, Must be available one weekend per
month, must take 24 of call per month *Schedule flexible between
5-8's, 4-10's, and 3-12's with a 6 am start time. Interview of
Openings: 1 Contract Length: 13 weeks Location: 22101 Moross Rd
Unit: Operating Room – Cardiac Experience Required: Must have at
least 1 year of prior cardiac OR experience in a hospital setting.
Cardiac scrub experience is required. Must be able to assist with
other surgical cases when no cardiac cases are scheduled
Certification/Licensure Required: Graduation from an accredited
school of nursing. Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of
Nursing. BLS Must have experience with: CABG (Coronary Artery
Bypass Grafting) Heart valve replacements/repairs LIMA/RIMA
(Left/Right Internal Mammary Artery grafting) Atrial appendage
