Overview: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse- Assisted Living Memory SupportFull-Time: 3-12 hour shifts a week with a rotating every other weekendMount Alverna Village-Parma, OH - -Mount Alverna Village, part of Franciscan Ministries, -is a vibrant senior living community located in Parma, Ohio. We are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/ long-term care. Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community. We are currently looking for -an LPN -to join our team! -Position SummaryIn this role, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care for residents as well as general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. -Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities performed by the Nursing Assistants to ensure high degree of quality care is maintained.
• Responsible for admission, transfer and discharge of residents.
• Keep physician and or other health care professionals informed of change in resident conditions.
• Respond quickly to all emergencies. Perform other duties as assigned.Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.Position RequirementsEducation: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in NursingLicenses/Certifications: active Licensed Practical Nurse license that permits practice in the state the associate is hired to work in Experience: 1+ years of Nursing experienceSkills & Abilities:
