  • Length: -The initial duration is 13 weeks, with the possibility of an extension based on facility needs and performance.
  • Schedule: -To be decided by manager or supervisor once you hit the floor. Can try to request blocked schedule.Job Description:
  • Nursing Float Pool, 1002-1000-31090
  • Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.
  • Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Maintain patient safety, provide patient education, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
  • Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of those solutions.Requirements:
    • Active RN license in the state of Ohio or Compact/Multistate License.
    • Must have a minimum of 18 months of recent MS experience.
    • Must have 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty you are applying for before taking travel assignments.
    • Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS and NIHS(pay reduction if NIHS not available)
