  Responsibilities:
  
  • 
    Supervises Social Workers and guides facility staff in matters of residency advocacy, -protection, and promotion of resident's rights.
    Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and applicable laws.
    
  • Uses independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization in the performance of these duties.
    Supervisory responsibilities include:
    
    
    
    
    Interviews, hires, and trains Social Workers.
    Plans, assigns, and directs work.
    Prepares work assignment sheets.
    
    
    
    Qualifications:
    
    
    Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. LSW preferred. -
    One year of supervised social work experience working directly with individuals in a health care setting.
    Current Social Work license in the state of Ohio prefered. -
