Pricing Director will lead the strategic pricing program for a
group with primary responsibility for global revenue in excess of
$6 Billion. Provide leadership for the Aerospace Group strategic
pricing team. Lead the development and coordination of pricing
strategy for large multi-division customers.Scope / Supervision and
Interaction:
- This role does not have direct report.
- Collaborates with the VP Corporate Strategic Pricing, Division
Pricing, Marketing Managers, and Operational leaders.Essential
Functions:
- Manages the implementation of the strategic pricing program
within the group.
- Ensures division pricing processes are wholly compliant to
corporate strategic pricing initiative.
- Ensures the creation and utilization of proper delegation of
authority for division pricing decisions.
- Responsible for the implementation of lean enterprise for
pricing and quotation processes.
- Primary source for developing and coordinating pricing strategy
on large multi-division accounts.
- Recruit and develop division pricing talent.Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or finance is
REQUIRED. Master/MBA/Ph.D. degree is preferred
- 10+ years plus strategic pricing experience
- Aerospace Manufacturing experience is highly desired
- In-depth understanding of contract management and P&L
- In-depth understanding and experience with product management
life cycle
- Demonstrated aptitude for detailed analytical work
- Commercial (selling or marketing) experienceAdditional

- Pay range of $152,653 to $267,115/annually
