Position Title: Account ManagerJob Location: Cleveland South - Brunswick, OHJob Shift: DayPosition Type: Full TimeOur Account Managers assure effective distribution of our products and attainment of sales objectives by carrying out the duties and responsibilities of selling, servicing and merchandising retail accounts within assigned territories. We are currently hiring for the Cleveland West/Southwest market. Position Details Schedule of Account Manager:

    • 401(k) Typical Job Duties:
      • Follow SBG's 10 steps to a sales call
      • Establish and grows productive, professional relationships with retail owners, buyers, managers and personnel
      • Strives to ensure all of SBG's retail execution standards are being met
      • Execute retail programs as defined by SBG chain management and ensures planogram integrity
      • Reviews and adjusts customer generated orders
      • Takes inventory and writes replenishment orders
      • Seeks out opportunities and effectively sells in new product placements, displays and resets
      • Refreshes and rotates existing products, displays and responsible for all merchandising activities
      • On the day the order is delivered executes the following;
        • Organize product in back room
        • Ensure product is rotated according to SBG's product quality standards
        • Fill U-Boats if necessary
        • Build displays
        • Fill shelves and coolers from displays
        • Ensure correct pricing and point of sale are in use
        • Attends resets in his or her accounts as requested by the RD
        • Works safely and follows SBG's safety policies and procedures
        • Works cooperatively with delivery and merchandising support
        • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
        • Follows all company policies and procedures Skills / Qualifications:
          • Previous sales and/or relevant work experience
          • Ability to effectively persuade and influence others
          • Problem-solving and organizational skills
          • Knowledge of customer service standards
          • Use of basic hand tools and equipment dolly
          • Ability to maneuver 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases on a regular basis
          • High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
          • Valid driver's license and auto insurance and ability to be covered under company insurance PI181400905
