Job Description:
Our client, a Tier 1 automotive supplier is seeking a 2nd shift
Process Technician to join their team. As a Process Technician, you
will be part of the Injection Molding dept. supporting Plastic
Injection Molding The ideal candidate will have 2 shot injection
molding, good attitude and reliability which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Process
Technician-Molding Location:Akron, OH Pay Range: $54,000 to
$68,000/k What’s the Job? Scrap Rates for assigned presses Monitor
actual cycle times / efficiency Up Keep of Process Parameter sheets
( Info to Engineer) Assist in Mold changes (team with Setup
Technicians) Identify Problems (Press / Robot / EOAT) Feedback to
Engineer) Logbook Entry / Pass down of shift Issues What’s Needed?
5 years of Prior two shot injection molding processing experience
and technical training Must be able to lift 75 lbs Must be able to
climb in and out of machines; strenuous work Must be able to work
at various heights; climbing ladders High School Diploma / GED
