Job Description:
Lincoln Electric invites applications for the role of Process
Engineer in our Engineering & Architecture department. Located in
Cleveland, Ohio, home to our global headquarters, this position
offers a unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge welding and
manufacturing processes. The Process Engineer will contribute to
both improvements in existing systems and the development of new
processes, ensuring optimal performance, innovating productive
processes, and maintaining our leadership status in the welding and
cutting industry. Develop, configure, and optimize industrial
processes from inception through start-up and certification Assess
processes, take measurements, and interpret data Design, run, test,
and upgrade systems and processes Develop best practices, routines,
and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of
output Perform process simulations and trouble-shooting Manage cost
and time constraints Perform risk assessments Provide process
documentation and operating instructions Proven expertise in
process engineering Strong technical capacity in design software
(CAD, AutoCAD) Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills Project
management experience Comfortable with data analysis and
statistical process control tools Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Six Sigma
certification (Green Belt or higher preferred) PMP certification is
advantageous but not mandatory
