We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Pre-School Teacher to join our dedicated team and help shape the early learning journey of our 4- to 5-year-olds. Job Description As a Lead Pre-School Teacher , you will play a vital role in preparing children for school success. Youll lead a structured and engaging classroom, support emotional development, and create a safe space where children can explore, learn, and grow. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a creative, developmentally appropriate curriculum Support children in expressing emotions and needs in a positive, respectful manner Foster independence, social-emotional growth, and self-regulation skills Use diverse teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners Guide children through daily routines and structured learning activities Maintain open, effective communication with parents and caregivers Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Collaborate with coworkers and administration to uphold high-quality standards Model and uphold the Early Childhood Education (ECE) code of ethics Qualifications CDA certification or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education required Minimum of 1 year experience working with Pre-School children Familiarity with Creative Curriculum and age-appropriate teaching practices Strong communication skillsverbal and written Knowledge of child development and positive guidance techniques Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct Why Join Us?
