(NCTA) provides comprehensive, student centered therapy services in
person and virtually. Our team partners with educators, families,
and other professionals to deliver evidence based, individualized
support so every student has the opportunity to reach their full
potential. School Based Speech Language Pathologist Part Time
Position Summary As a School Based Speech Language Pathologist, you
will play a vital role in delivering high quality speech therapy
services within an educational setting. You will evaluate students
across grade levels, plan and implement interventions, and develop
instructional strategies tailored to each student’s functional and
educational needs. General Information Schedule: Full and Part time
opportunities during school hours (approximately 8:00 am to 4:00
pm) Pay Range: $30 to $50 per hour School District: Amherst Schools
Work Schedule: 5 days per week, up to 40 hours per week Daily
Hours: 7 to 8 hours per day What You’ll Do Provide ongoing speech
language therapy services to an assigned caseload Document,
monitor, analyze, and report student progress in alignment with
school timelines and procedures Conduct educationally relevant
evaluations and summarize findings within Evaluation Team Reports
(ETRs) Develop educationally relevant therapy goals and contribute
student background and service details within Individualized
Education Programs (IEPs) Attend IEP and ETR meetings to share
evaluation results and therapy recommendations in clear, family
friendly language Partner with school staff and families to build a
positive, supportive learning environment through ongoing
communication and collaboration Maintain accurate documentation of
therapy minutes and report due dates Complete required Medicaid
billing in accordance with school deadlines and procedures What
You’ll Bring Current Ohio licensure to practice Speech Language
Therapy Ohio Department of Education certification (can be
completed upon hire); CFY candidates will be considered Strong
assessment and intervention planning skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with a
multidisciplinary team Passion for working with children and
helping them overcome developmental and educational challenges
Commitment to ongoing professional development Bonus Points If You
Have Ohio Department of Education certification Experience as a
Speech Language Pathologist in a school or educational setting NCTA
