Job Description:
Hogan1 is excited to offer a career-launching opportunity for
newly licensed CDL-A drivers. As part of our dedicated team, you
will embark on a rewarding journey in the transportation and
logistics industry, delivering goods and services with a focus on
excellence and safety. Our program is designed to help you
transition smoothly from training to becoming a skilled member of
the transportation community, contributing to our mission of
providing top-tier logistic solutions. Safely operate a heavy or
tractor-trailer truck. Load and unload cargo, ensuring all goods
are secured. Log hours of service and vehicle maintenance data in
compliance with federal regulations and company policies. Report
incidents or accidents to a dispatcher. Follow routes and time
schedules as planned by logistics managers. Maintain a positive
attitude and professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.
Adhere to local and state truck driving rules and regulations
(size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods).
Manage routes and routines to avoid traffic. Valid CDL-A license.
Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly. Extensive
knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations
(traffic, weather conditions, etc.). Strong time management and
customer service skills. Good physical condition and stamina.
