Job Description:

designed for new CDL-A graduates. As part of our transport team,
you will embark on a robust career path that introduces you to
various aspects of transportation management and logistics. We
focus on nurturing your driving skills, understanding of
compliance, and ability to offer great service, setting up a
foundation for your growth in the transportation industry. Safely
operate a tractor-trailer/truck to transport goods and materials
efficiently and according to schedule. Conduct routine truck
maintenance to ensure operational safety. Manage routes and
routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible. Handle
documentation relating to cargo, routes, and schedules. Follow all
state and national safety large truck regulations and standards.
Communicate effectively with clients and respond to their service
requirements. Continuously practice safe driving habits and
techniques. Solid understanding of DOT regulations and safety
standards. Ability to navigate various electronic log devices and
transportation management software. Strong organizational skills
for route and load planning. Excellent time management to adhere to
predefined schedules. Effective communication skills for dealing
with clients and team members. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL-A license. DOT
medical card.
