HR Graduate Our client is a growing organization dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture. They are looking for a motivated HR Graduate to support the HR team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Hybrid work schedule Excellent benefits and PTO Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. Maintain HR records and support employee engagement initiatives. Help coordinate training programs and company events. Handle employee inquiries and ensure HR compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail. The HR Graduate role is fully onsite in Canton, OH with a pay range of $18 - $22 depending on experience.
