Order Entry Clerk: We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Entry Clerk to join our growing team! Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Competitive pay and benefits Work-life balance and a company that values its employees Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner Provide product and order status updates Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and returns Collaborate with internal departments (sales, shipping, production) to ensure smooth order fulfillment Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficient with computers and order entry systems (ERP experience is a plus) The Order Entry Clerk role is fully onsite in Barberton, OH with a salary of $18 - $20 depending on experience.
