Job Description Job Description Salary: $36/hr Starting at $36/hr Smartland manages 1,400 apartment homes across the Cleveland area and is hiring a Lead Residential & Multifamily Plumbing Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and delivering high-quality, code-compliant work. This role offers steady, year-round work, strong operational support, and the opportunity to work across multiple apartment communities alongside experienced maintenance teams. Youll also partner with our trusted sewer cleaning company on complex drain and sewer issues.
